- Generally technical drawings are not 100% understood by people who are not in Building construction or any architecture fields.
- Lately thanks to some new software like 3Ds Max, Cinema 4D, Light wave, Maya designers are able to test there designs which was not possible for the last decade or so.
- More often Architects and Civil Engineers use these techniques now a days to experience their design concept even before it is constructed.
- This has been a great relief for those who are in Building construction field. Further the relationship between the designer and the client is more sharpened as the designer can explain there view more freely using this techniques.
